(1) Distributed architecture
The test system adopts the architecture of the upper and lower computer computers, and real-time task and data interaction is carried out through the server.
(2) Software and hardware decoupling
The system adopts the design idea of software and hardware decoupling, and the hardware adopts generalized and standardized equipment, which can flexibly adapt to the upgrade and expansion of test resources. When it comes time to expand to other or new models, simply adjust the software and increase the missing parts of the hardware accordingly.
(3) Centralized management and control capabilities
The system uniformly manages all test resources, realizes centralized deployment and centralized testing, meets test needs in one stop, and can realize remote control test start and stop, remote real-time monitoring of test resources.
(4) Flexible testing capabilities
The system supports in-situ detection, obtains in-situ operation data, loads test incentives, and helps to quickly locate faults. The system supports single-step testing, batch testing and parallel testing, which can improve the parallel work efficiency of multiple test stations and multiple people.
(5) Interactive test environment
Provide testers with interactive test procedures: On a portable terminal, testers view steps, execute test steps, check and feedback test results.
IOAL middleware and FMI specifications are adopted to achieve the following functions:
